In your role as Flight Operations Coordinator, you have:

• To be in compliance with all safety and security requirements.
• To be customer focus with service excellence.
• To maintain good relationship with customers and airport authorities.
• To prepare GD, Hotel accommodations, transportations and flight documents.
• To coordinate with Airport authorities on immigration, customs, safety and security matters.
• To coordinate with Aircraft facilitators, operators, and any other handling teams.
• To handle the Department Duty Phone, Walkie Talkie, VHF radio and voice drop.
• To supervise arrival and departure operations at Changi Airport.
• To update Aircraft Movements and report to respective stations.
• To prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports for the department.
• To maintain, update manuals and documentations.
• To report any irregularity and take appropriate actions.
• To help and assist in ramp operations when needed.
• Must be able to work shift and ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Aviation and/or Customer Service is preferred.
• Possess Diploma or equivalent academic certificates.  
• Pleasant, outgoing and service oriented personality as candidate must communicate and interact with all nationalities. 
• High flexibility is required, as candidate must be able to work irregular hours, weekends and public holidays. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Class 3 Driving License is preferred.
